Kreelicious is a small AI and systems studio in South Wales. We've spent twenty years building software, marketing, and operations for businesses — and we still build something nearly every day.
The short version
Most agencies that talk about AI have never shipped a product. We have — several, and we still run them. That's the difference. We're not consultants who'll send you a strategy and a bill; we're operators who build the thing, ship it, and stick around to run it.
We work with small and medium businesses that are serious about getting better — clubs, venues, trades, hospitality, founders building something new. The kind of businesses where the owner knows everyone's name and can't afford to waste a penny or a week.
What we believe
Ship, don't report. A working system beats a beautiful deck every time. We measure ourselves on what's live, not what's been presented.
Price it fairly, and say the number. Fixed scopes, clear prices, no hourly meter running in the background. You should know what you're paying before we start.
People before process. We automate what should be automated so your team can do the work that actually matters — not so you can do the same work with fewer people.
Stay for the long haul. The Mikerry Rail platform we built is still running twelve years on. We build software to last, and we'd rather have fifty clients for a decade than five hundred for a month.
