Why Kreelicious Exists

Most businesses know AI matters but don’t know how to make it operational. The strategy and the build get handled by different people who barely talk. Projects fail in the handoff. Reports get delivered, then nothing happens.

Kreelicious was built to close that gap. Strategy and execution happen at the same time, with the same people. When we tell a client that AI can transform how their business runs, we’re describing how ours works — not selling a trend.

We also believe AI transformation done right isn’t about replacing people. It’s about redesigning what they do — freeing them from repetitive, soul-draining work so they can do what people do best. That thinking isn’t a bolt-on. It’s baked into how we work.

The Person Behind the Studio

Lyn Williams is the founder of Kreelicious and one of those rare operators who’s equally at home in a strategy session and a codebase.

With over 20 years of experience spanning product development, systems design, marketing, PR, and digital strategy, he’s spent his career building things — and helping others figure out what to build next. He’s led communications and strategic affairs for a £300M world-class resort development, shipped multiple live SaaS products, and navigated digital transformation for clients across industries.

Based in Wales. Works with clients across the UK.

Kreelicious operates as a blend of agency, product studio, and consultancy. Externally, we’re positioned as an agency — but internally, we build our own products as proof of capability.

That matters because when we talk about what AI can do for your business, we’re not speculating. We’re describing how we already run ours. Our own SaaS products, AI systems, and operational infrastructure are the evidence.
